Full-Service Podcast Production for Organisations
We produce audio and video podcasts for organisations that want to reach their audiences with authority. Our clients include household names in education, healthcare, law, finance, local government and professional services. The shows we build are professionally produced, strategically planned and built to delight their audience.
Who We Work With
Our clients are typically organisations with something credible to say and an audience that expects quality. We produce for:
- Universities and research institutions
- Industry and professional associations
- Government agencies and health bodies
- Professional services firms and thought leaders
Recent and current clients include Australian National University, INSEAD Business School, NSW Ambulance Service, Unitywater, Queensland Health, Australian Medical Council, Society for Construction Law Australia, Monash University and REIQ.
Our shows regularly chart in the Top 5 on Apple Podcasts and have featured in New and Noteworthy listings. Browse our podcast productions to hear our latest work →

What Full-Service Production Actually Means
When you work with a podcast production company rather than doing the work yourself or engaging overseas resources, you get a producer – someone whose job is to understand your goals and how you like to work, then take your content and give you something better than you imagined, not just deliver files.
Our full-service production covers:
- Pre-production – format development, episode planning, guest preparation, recording guidance
- Recording support – remote recording setup and technical direction
- Post-production – editing, mastering, audio processing using industry-standard and high-end outboard equipment
- Show notes and transcriptions – written deliverables for every episode
- Hosting and distribution – to all major podcast platforms
- Artwork and branding – cover art and episode imagery
- Video and social content – repurposed content from your recordings
- Growth support – ongoing strategic guidance to build and retain your audience
We can deliver the full range of elements in the chain or fill in the gaps in your own workflow.
Our Credentials
East Coast Studio productions have won the Australian Podcast Awards and the First Nations Media Award. Our own podcast, Cassette Culture, was named a Finalist in the Music category at the 2025 Independent Podcast Awards.
Our work is held in the permanent collections of the British Library and the Australian National Film and Sound Archive – institutions that do not accept ordinary.
Our lead producer, Martin Franklin, has over 20 years of experience in audio and video production. His background spans music production, digital media, live events and podcasting across the UK and Australia.
How We Work
We work remotely with clients across Australia. All recordings are handled via our preferred remote recording platforms – no costly and inconvenient studio visits required. We run each show with a dedicated producer who is across the detail of your content, your audience and your goals. See more about the way we work →
Production Packages
We offer three clear tiers of production to suit different scenarios and budgets. All packages include editing, mastering, hosting, distribution and show notes but higher tiers add video production, social content and extended strategic support.
We are flexible and can tailor our services to your requirements, and our data-informed approach means we’re always looking for gaps and opportunities to grow your audiences – and provide you with the content that will let you reach them.
