We worked with Privacy consultants, Groundup Privacy to build a fully interactive learning programme for staff at City Of Darwin council.
As a bold and complex city project to leverage “smart city” technology, the initiative came in for it’s share of criticism from those concerned about online privacy.
The solution was to build privacy and awareness into the foundation of the system and roll out an informative online training course for council employees.
We filmed and recorded the main narratives of the training to produce the central video training assets. Using the online course platform, Thinkific to assemble the learning content allowed us to produce not only video training but user-controlled narrated presentations and interactive learning quizzes. These allow a nice mixture of self paced learning and opportunities for participants to test their knowledge as they go.
